We are in search of a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in transforming our products into seamless, visually appealing, and user-centric solutions. As a UI/UX Designer at Startise, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver intuitive design solutions.Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize and communicate design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
• Ensure the consistent application of design principles and best practices across products.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
