Here at Startise, our community and team are both growing. We are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our product team. We hope to welcome a highly analytical person who will creatively generate ideas, plan, and execute product strategies with expertise. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
• Prior experience in the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a knack for effective prioritization and multitasking. 
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Perform market and industry research to inform project planning and execution.
• Conduct data analysis to support project decisions and strategy.
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with the plan and track project progress.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Document project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring quality results are delivered on time and within budget.
