We are currently looking for an HR Executive who is self-motivated, has excellent English communication skills, can supervise all aspects of HR practices and relationships, and bring a positive impact to the company.

🧑‍💻 As HR-Admin Intern, You Will: 

 

  • Work directly with the Founder for special HR-related projects for 3-6months.
  • Prepare multi-types of reports and presentations on a regular basis.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders when necessary.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate different events with the utmost professional approach.  
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters without error. 
  • Take comprehensive and detailed meeting notes and track all important points.

 

💡 Skills & Experience That You Must Have:  

  • 0 to 1 year of experience, freshers can also apply.
  • Outstanding report creation skills 
  • Excellent skill in creating presentation slides
  • Good English speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Ability to use your excellent detail-oriented organizational skills to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • House location is preferable around Mirpur DOHS
  • Previous experience in HR-related works
