About the RoleThis isn't a typical internship with a fixed job box. As a Management Trainee, you'll work directly with leadership for three months and get hands-on exposure across marketing, growth, support, product and development. After the 3-month period, depending on your performance, you'll be made permanent and placed in the team where you add the most value: Marketing, Social Media & Outreach, WordPress/Shopify/SaaS Development, Customer Support, or Product Management.Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate in CSE or BBA (Marketing)

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools in everyday work

• Driven, proactive and able to take ownership

• Versatile and open to jumping into different kinds of tasks

• A fast learner who picks up new tools quickly

• Good written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify (not required)

• Experience with social media, content writing or running ads

• Any coding, SEO or design experience, including personal projects

What You'll Do

• Plan, create and schedule content for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook

• Run and monitor ad campaigns on Facebook, Google and other platforms

• Research prospects, build outreach lists and pitch for listicle and blog placements

• Write, edit and schedule blog posts

• Run SEO tasks and audit our websites

• Handle customer support queries

• Assist with product management tasks like research, feedback collection and feature planning

• For those with dev skills: help build features for our WordPress plugins, Shopify apps or SaaS products

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude daily to work smarter and faster 

What You'll Get
