And this year, on October 9th, 2025, that belief came true at the Startise Family Day 2025.  In a heartwarming, day-long celebration, Startise brought the entire team and their loved ones together for a day full of fun, laughter, shared success and recognition. As part of the event, Startise also distributed its annual profit among its team members, honoring everyone’s hard work and dedication that drove its success. The day reflected everything that makes Startise truly special — its people.

A Day Dedicated to the Spirit of Startise: Celebrating Achievements & Inspiring Innovation

Held at a beautiful resort in Dhaka, team Startise welcomed their families and loved ones, who form the foundation of the Startise community to this day-long event of joy and heartfelt moments. It was a day to step back from our screens, set aside our project deadlines, celebrate collective wins and the remarkable journey we have shared over the past year.

Over the past year, Startise has reached remarkable milestones, made bold innovations, and continued to grow globally. To recognize these contributions, the event featured special appreciation segments, profit-share distribution, and awards for outstanding performers and teams. It was our way of saying thank you to the people who make every success possible.

The day stood as a powerful reminder that innovation flourishes in environments where people feel valued, supported, and celebrated.

Recognizing Excellence: Profit Share Distribution

The highlight of the Startise Family Day 2025 was the annual Profit Share Distribution.

Team Startise distributed last year’s profit share among every employee (130+ people), including the newest team members, reaffirming and representing the company’s commitment to shared prosperity and inclusive growth. 

This initiative, practiced by only a select few companies globally, makes Startise stand out in Bangladesh as one of the only tech companies to share profits across its entire team beyond regular salaries and bonuses.

Every team member’s contribution, whether they are writing code, managing projects, supporting operations, marketing products or interfacing with clients, adds to our collective success. 

Looking at the smiling faces as families celebrated together, we were reminded that business success is ultimately about people. When we invest in our employees, share prosperity and say “thank you”, we can build something truly special. 

Honoring Creativity: AI Innovation Challenge Awards

Innovation is in Startise’s soul, and the AI Innovation Challenge 2025 showcased this brilliance in full color. A few months ago, the challenge invited team members to push boundaries, think differently, and explore how artificial intelligence could solve real-world problems for our clients and internal operations.

The response was nothing short of extraordinary. Team members came forward with remarkable enthusiasm, showcasing diverse perspectives, unique ideas, and impressive skills. From a pool of outstanding submissions, the judging panel carefully selected 29 exceptional projects, ultimately crowning 6 winners for their innovation and impact in this AI Innovation Challenge. 

The winners were rewarded with an exciting prize pool, which consisted of not just prize money, but also tools and tech subscriptions that will help them unlock their potential even more! Our leadership team proudly honored the winners on stage, celebrating their creativity and contribution to Startise’s journey. 

Besides these, there were 6 more Honorable Mentions to encourage brilliant ideas and projects that can shape the future of our products and workflow.

Monthly Rewards Distribution

While big initiatives like profit sharing and innovation challenges rightfully take center stage, team Startise also took time during Family Day to recognize notable employees with Monthly Rewards. It is a monthly initiative that recognizes outstanding contributions by individuals every month, to show appreciation and to inspire.

These recognitions, combined with the profit share and innovation awards, reflect Startise’s continuous effort to build a culture of appreciation where dedication never goes unnoticed.

Sharing Smiles, Games & Joyful Times with a Delicious Feast

After the formal award sessions and recognitions, it was time to relax and enjoy the fun side of Startise Family Day. The place buzzed with the team and their families sharing laughter, playing exciting games, having delicious meals and sharing a good moment together. Every part of the day showed the warmth and togetherness that make Startise special.

The youngest members of our Startise Family made the celebration even more lively. They played fun games and took part in creative activities all day. Their happy smiles and laughter spread to everyone around. The kids’ energy and joy became one of the most heartwarming parts of the day.

As the day went by, team Startise and our families took part together in fun competitions and raffle draws. The lucky winners of the friendly games received prizes, and everyone cheered and clapped for them.

Whether it was parents laughing with their kids or colleagues competing in friendly games, every corner of the venue echoed with warmth and togetherness.

Cherishing Our Journey Together – Looking Ahead

As the day came to an end, we took a moment to reflect on our journey so far. Every milestone, every achievement, and every success has been possible because of the hard work of our team and the support of their families. Family Day reminded us of the strong bond we share at Startise, both at work and beyond. We look forward to many more memories, celebrations, and successes together as one big Startise Family.
