On the 8th of October 2024, here at Startise, we hosted the most awaited event of this year “Startise Rewards and Appreciation Night” at The Cuisine Hub, at the heart of the city. It was a sparkling event filled with celebrations, recognition and fun where every team member was honored for their exceptional contributions that drove our company to reach significant milestones and achievements. From the Profit-Sharing to live music segments and delicious food, the night was filled with highlights worth celebrating. Let us have a quick recap of the whole event and recall the moments that the whole team had together.

A Team That Grows & Celebrates Together

From the moment the team arrived at the venue, the energy was infectious – everyone sporting matching t-shirts, radiating a sense of togetherness in the truest form of team spirit. It is a small yet significant detail, though, but it speaks volumes. A unified appearance ultimately sets the vibrant tone for an event that celebrates collective success and individual achievements.

Setting The Stage For An Exciting Night With Welcome Speech

The celebration kicked off with BIG news from the host that our very own, M Asif Rahman, the visionary founder of Startise & A.R. Communications recently won the IDLC-Prothom Alo SME Award 2023. 🏆 He has been recognized for his immense contribution to the technological sector in Bangladesh.

Standing as a role model for small and medium-sized businesses, this achievement is a testament to his success as a tech entrepreneur in the country. And the whole team congratulated him for this scream-worthy success.

After that, M Asif Rahman took the stage to welcome all the team members to the cheerful event. He described the year-long journey where challenges the team faced, and collaboratively achieved milestones were included.

The biggest part of his speech was about the profit share of the year 2023! To describe that in a better way, he called Nazmul Hosasin Rupok, Co-founder of Startsie, to take the stage. Both of them wanted the entire team to understand how the whole team gets their profit distributed among them, even the newer ones who were not part of that particular fiscal year, were also included in the profit share distribution

The CMO of Startise, Afshana Rahman, also joined the others on stage. She congratulated all the team members for their individual efforts and collaboration. And motivated each of the members to work hard in the upcoming days so that we can celebrate harder.

Sharing Profits To Recognize Hard Work & Dedication

The most anticipated moment of the night was the announcement of sharing profits among team members. Startise has always valued its members over the years, and the gesture of sharing the profit made by the team divided among the teammates who have worked hard to earn it is one of the most important ones.

The profit-sharing session started by calling the core and most important team of Startise onto the stage—The Leadership Team, who are like the backbone of the company. After that, a long session was held where each individual collected their profit envelope and took photos with them. Kudos to all of them for their sheer efforts and dedication to standing on the stage for so long!

However, there were special mentions and recognitions too—two of the team members whose hard work took the team ahead by miles. The next following was recognizing monthly heroes for their individual excellence.

The legacy that carried on! Appreciating team members monthly based on multiple criteria is what Startise does at its best. This kind of recognition helps members to boost their productivity in the workplace and inspire them to achieve greater success. Here each member was being called to the stage who matched all the parameters of being chosen to collect their rewards.

Before taking the entire team photo, M Asif Rahman, the founder, along with co-founder and CMO, remains at the center stage. The founder appreciated each one of those who have worked hard to make each event of 2023 a successful one. When it came to the food, the menu totally nailed it. It was delicious and each and every member enjoyed it to their heart’s content. The food was neatly served and the ambiance of the place and weather complemented the whole cuisine session.

Any celebration without music merely be considered as a celebration! To make the event’s atmosphere more lively and festive, live music performances played a big part. With the talented musicians on the stage, all the team members found themselves swaying to the rhythm that made the environment light-hearted and joyous. The session was a perfect backdrop for a night of fun and relaxation.
